Library Bookings - Help Page.


COVID -19: Due to the virus some Library facilities are not available at present including
group study spaces.
We will inform students of updates via Moodle and social media.



General Information

The library booking system is called 'Booked'. When you log in you are brought to the 'schedule' part of the system, which will for students show Group Study Room Availability, this can also be accessed by clicking on schedule at the top of the screen, all users can see the Library Lab availability calendar and Academic Staff can book tours and training.
In addition to the bookings available on 'Booked', the following are available to registered users on a first come first served basis in the libary:

  1. Computers on the upstairs mezzanine
  2. Computers in the Library Lab (Check Booked for availability) - Not available due to Covid-19 restrictions
  3. Library Laptops, available for 3 hour loan from the library desk - Not available due to Covid-19 restrictions

 

The following materials can be booked in advance via the library system:

Personal Study Spaces and desks with a pc - students and staff
