Accessing IT-Tallaght Library and Other Libraries

Introduction

Please find below details of how to access other Irish and international research and public libraries.

For students of other colleges wishing to access IT Tallaght library:

  • If you are a student of one of the Partner institutions (see list below) you can get a Partner's card from your own library. Bring this and your student card to the library for access.
  • If you are attending any of the TU 4 Dublin institutions you can access the library using your student card.
  • If you are attending any other college you will need a letter of introduction to access the library which states the date of your visit and subject area/book you are interested in. Access is at the discretion of the librarian.
  • You also have the option to join as an external reader/borrower.
